Fourth, the performance of energy saving is 20-40% higher.Five, the performance of production capacity is 15-30% higher.

Working principle:

Firstly, material charge pump feed up the solid-liquid mixture material that has been pre-dispersed and wetted by the mixer into the chamber into grinding chamber, and then grinding dispersers stir the materials and the grinding medium in the chamber with very strong enough collision, friction, and shearing effects in high speed power condition.After that,the particles of slurry are well distributed and fineness changes into less. finally the dispesed materials are discharged through a dynamic separator and flow out of the discharge pipe.

Some users grind material in sigle mill process with recyl-grinding, some others grind material in series to reach the required fineness.
